  The best status is no status at all. Many claims have a rapid turn-around and you may receive a remittance check before a status is even due. For claims which require extended effort, automatic status is sent every 90 days after assignment. We also endeavor to provide on-the-spot information with phone inquiries.
Electronic Status
  But the best way to have ever-current information on your file is electronically. We assign you a client number and an individual pass code for secure access into your inventory of files. As our specialists enter information, you can view via the internet. Never downloaded information, always a current account of collection activity.
